Landing Craft Utility (LCU) vessels are carried aboard United States Navy amphibious assault ships and are used to transport personnel, weapons, equipment and cargo from ship to shore and shore to shore across a range of military operations. These connectors provide a heavy-lift capability and can carry about the same payload capacity as several C-17 aircraft.

In August 2025 our team in the USA launched LCU 1710, the first of twelve LCU vessels being delivered from our shipyard in Mobile, Alabama.
