With more than 25 years of success building ships, our shipyard in Mobile, Alabama, has a portfolio of steel and aluminium surface ship contracts for the United States Navy and Coast Guard.

By early 2027, construction will be complete on a new surface ship assembly building that will occupy four and a half acres and will provide over 192,000 square feet of new covered manufacturing space. It will consist of three bays enabling manufacture of the Coast Guard’s Offshore Patrol Cutter and Navy’s TAGOS-25 ocean surveillance steel ships. The expansion project includes a ship lift capable of lifting and launching vessels more than 18,000 long tons.
