Achieved by growing our business in a sustainable way the system delivers a safety-first culture, with a focus on protecting the environment and the delivery of quality products for our customers.

Goal zero

Our ongoing focus on Goal Zero, ‘zero harm and zero waste’, and a collaborative approach to workplace Health, Safety and Environment management sees employee driven initiatives to improve production methodologies, processes and procedures regularly introduced.

We instil work health and safety best practice into our culture through several core beliefs:

  • Health and safety is everyone’s responsibility.
  • All accidents are preventable and anyone can stop an unsafe act.
  • Lessons learnt and continuous improvement are vital to effective safety management.
  • Caring for people means proactively preventing harm.

Our people are expected to take personal responsibility and comply with our standards and improvement initiatives, to enable them to do this they are provided training and support to ensure we maintain a safe working environment and achieve our ambition of moving beyond compliance, striving for continuous improvement.

Through a team approach we are committed to preventing harm to the environment. 

We operate with the beliefs that environmental management should be integrated into our everyday operations, natural resources should be conserved by reusing and recycling material, caring for the environment means proactively preventing harm as well as recognising the opportunities that environmental sustainability presents for our stakeholders.

We are committed to the development of robust environmental management systems and resource efficiency programs that will sustain our natural environment for future generations - ensuring that we deliver projects and services in an environmentally responsible manner in accordance with legislation, as a minimum.
